*Sighs* I will not speak for Molle, its none of my business what he does or doesn't do, I don't know whether he is polaris or not - and frankly i don't care.
However, I will explain the following, perhaps in the vain hope these dire and frankly stupid claims will go away (it really gets boring you know).
I *was* Polaris, I worked with Polaris from beta days up until October-ish. I helped create and run the events team with some others who no longer play the game. I wasn't 'sacked', or anything else (rumours are quite funny you know) - I simply resigned over a disagreement - details of which will remain confidential.
As an ex-team lead, I can say these claims of Polaris spying are absurd, having investiated various such claims myself during my time as team lead. Every polaris account is 'linked' to their playing accounts, and all activity is monitored (every use of teleport, etc) - *Any* abuse of these abilities is taken extremely seriously and will end up in your *player* account(s) being banned. Believe or not these guys do what they do because they want to provide help/assistance/events to you guys. They don't get paid for it, They don't get special treatment - They are just nice guys giving up *their* time to make your game more enjoyable.
Aurora is their to provide 'side-line' events, they are not meant to drive the story line along, only support it. Its CCP themselves who control when and how the story line progresses.
Events aren't 'announced', because its a simple fact the servers cannot handle hundreads of people flocking somewhere for an event - Any remember the Yulai canister event? I believe it took 30 minutes for the node running Yulai to crash and burn.
Tho i have no doubt you'll now proceed to pick this reply apart and make more absurd claims, I do hope it explains some things to the more rational people reading this post.
I have no idea whether coming forward and revealing I was ex polaris has broken my NDA I signed with CCP, but i just want to help settle these absurd claims, which quite frankly are started to p**s me off, I'm here to play a game not listen to people shout exploit/abuse at me everytime we play the game.
